Today was a great day! I have baked a summerly cheese cake with fresh blueberries. The recipe is very simple and it tastes just delicate! For those of you, who also love cheese cake like me, I have written down the recipe below. Enjoy your baking!

250g Magerquark / 250g Low Fat Curd Cheese
250g Ricotta / 250g Ricotta
3 Eier Größe M / 3 Eggs Size M
100g Zucker / 100g Sugar
2 gestrichene EL Speisestärke / 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
Salz / Salt
Abgriebene Schale einer Zitrone / Grinded Lemon Peel
Blaubeeren / Blueberries
Puderzucker zum Verzieren / Icing Sugar for Decorating

Stir Low Fat Curd Cheese, Ricotta, Eggs, Sugar, Corn Starch, Salt and Grinded Lemon Peel into a smooth texture. Put the paste into a greased tarteform and spread the blueberries over it. Bake the cake in the fan oven at 160 Degree. Decorate with Icing Sugar. By the way, the original recipe uses twice the amount. However, that is always to much for me, so I just used half the ingredients. I also made the cake without the coconut flakes, because I forgot to buy it. It tastes good anyway:) Love, Julia
